Looking for a good fundraiser for your newest corporate partner? Look no further than your good friends at NASCAR, which recently established its own foundation.
NASCAR publicist Kerry Tharp said one of the foundation's main projects would be to promote NASCAR Day, which will be held this year on May 19. Fans donate $5, receive a lapel pin and wear NASCAR gear to work in that initiative, which last year raised $1.2 million.
You can host your own NASCAR Day in your area. Just charge ten bucks or more for folks to participate and send NASCAR their cut.
